Donna J. Warren, CGFM, is a certified government financial manager (CGFM) with over 30 years of experience in Government Contract Auditing in the USA,Europe, and the Middle East.  Donna was the Green Party's candidate for Lt. Governor in 2002 and 2006, and a candidate for Congress in 2001.
